Training Manager

This role will be based out of Bangalore location and an integral part of the growing Product Team who contribute to our mission to expand from our current set of 700 partner schools to 7000+ schools in 3 years by 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of education. It is ideal for an ambitious and organized individual with experience in Curriculum Specialization. In this role, you will be responsible creating learning materials (worksheets, writing books, teacher training, games for children, courses for teachers) for children and teachers of Kreedo powered schools.
You are also required to analyse children progress data and provide suggestions to improve the schools’ implementation of Kreedo curriculum and enhance the learning outcomes of children in the school.

To manage a team of 2 to 4 Implementation managers.
· Each learning manager will manage end to end implementation of Kreedo
curriculum in 18 schools assigned for Nursery till class 2.
· Visit schools monthly to observe and assess if the team is implementing well
· Training teachers on academic implementation
· Provide guidance to school owners to implement Kreedo

· Willingness to travel
· Good Interpersonal Skills
· Should be fairly fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written) and local language.
· Any degree/ course in Education/ Early Childhood Education/ Human Development will be an added advantage
· Candidates who enjoy interacting with people and want to build a career in training will be preferred
