Job Description:

Looking for the Business Development Managers, Chennai Location who are excited to be part of our fast-paced, high-intensity work environment and work with the Business Leaders aligned with our Mission.
Our Mission 2025 is to transform the way learning is delivered by impacting 1 million+ children annually to get closer to our vision to democratize quality early education.
This role will be an integral part of the growing BDM Team who contribute to our mission to expand from our current set of 700 partner schools to 7000+ schools in 3 years by 2025.

Responsibilities:
  1. Communicating with customers, making calls to the potential customers, and following up on leads.
  2. Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  3. Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
  4. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  5. Maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  6. Maintaining the Rapport with the current and potential customers
  7. Explaining the features of products and services.
  8. Organising sales visit for Demonstrating the features of products and services.
  9. Staying informed about competing products and services.
  10. Researching and qualifying the prospects.
  11. Upselling products and services.
  12. Organising Sales Visit.
  13. Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  14. Follow up for advances and balance payments from the Customers
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in Outbound Calls / Telecalling / Related Sales position preferred.
  2. Good Computer Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Search Engines etc.,
  3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask and process adherence.
  5. Good calling skills.
  6. Excellent Customer Service Skills
  7. Strong listening and sales skills
  8. Flexibility to travel whenever required.
  9. Self-motivated, results-driven and a good Team player
  10. Prior experience in education sector is an advantage
  11. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  12. Experience: 0 – 3 years of Sales Experience
  13. Education: Any Graduation
  14. Language Preference: English, Hindi & any Local Language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)
