The Job Profile:

Our Mission 2025 is to transform the way learning is delivered by impacting 1 million+ children annually to get closer to our vision to democratize quality early education.

 

As an integral part of our growing Delivery Team, you will contribute to our mission to expand from our current set of 700 partner schools to 7000+ schools in 3 years by 2025.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the onboarding, product training and support function of Kreedo once the deal is closed by the sales and BD team.
  • Identify training needs, create training plans, and deploy effective training methods.
  • Asses training program effectiveness, and stay updated on training requirements to ensure the organization’s training initiatives are aligned with the set.
  • Train teachers to meet learning outcomes.
  • Coordinating different types of training such as online, offline, and regional training.
  • In addition to conducting hands-on training, conducting offline training sessions for the teachers.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel
  • Desire to build a career in Early Childhood Education
  • Graduation diploma or its equivalent
  • Flexibility with office timing depending upon business requirements
  • Good communication within the team
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Self-driven and proactive nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
  • Knowledge of customer success processes
  • Patient and active listener
  • Passion for service

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹23,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
